I Want to Spend My Lifetime Loving You

Si bien me conocen, sabrán que he vivido muy al pendiente de todo lo relacionado con el mundo del cine. Mis posts han sido titulados según algunos títulos de películas con sus respectivos cambios así que decidí empezar esta sección del blog con un tema de una película que me gusta mucho, «The Mask of Zorro» (1998; Dir. Martin Campbell).

El tema principal, interpretado por Tina Arena y Marc Anthony, comienza con el sonido de una caballo galopando y coros tipo eclesiásticos que te transportan a la época de la Colonia debido a su sentimiento hispano, y en la que en México era conocido como la Nueva España, en la cual transcurre la película. Estas voces le dan una idea muy latina al tema y es acompañado por la magistral música de uno de mis compositores favoritos, James Horner, quien también creó la música de «Titanic», «Avatar», «Troy», entre muchas otras.

Es uno de mis temas favoritos debido a que, si de por sí soy un romántico a más no poder, trata del estar al lado de la persona que amas por toda la vida y afrontar todo lo que venga, ya que el amor vale todo y es la principal fuerza del ser humano.
